The Vaziri Museum opened in 1990 and houses a variety of items pertaining to the History of Yazd including manuscripts, old documents, deeds, antiques from Yazd traditional houses, locks, old clothing and coins. The museum is located next to the Vaziri library which was opened in 1955.
