Gilac

Gilac is a small, cozy restaurant located under the Park o Prince towers that offers a unique combination of a European atmosphere and tasty Gilaci dishes. Gilaci food is the cuisine of the western province of the Caspian Sea, Gilan, which is known for having a variety of vegetarian dishes and sea food with a distinctive flavor of the north. You will be in heaven if you like garlic, prunes and herbs and have a taste for sweet and sour food. The food in Gilak restaurant is really tasty but the portions are rather small. It is great idea to order a Maze platter or a few small dishes to get a taste of the cuisine if you are not familiar with it. The owner is really friendly and the customer service is great.

The center under the Park o Prince towers offers a really nice outdoor walk in a vibrant lively and exclusive setting. It is a great place to hang out and meet friends as you have a great selection of Cafes and restaurants to choose from. Park o Prince doesn’t offer guest parking and finding a parking space is usually not the easiest part of the whole experience.

I visited this restaurant during my business trip to Tehran this week. It was my first time to Iran and I was a little worried about Iranian food. Our Iranian partners treated us a wonderful lunch here and all of us were more than 100% satisfied.
