Ab Anbar Sardar Kouchak (Little Commander Water Reservoir) is one of the biggest cisterns in Qazvin. One of the Qajar commanders hailing from the city built the Ab Anbar in order to deal with the water shortage problem of the city. The reservoir has 37 steps leading down to the base and four water valves. The cistern has four domes and four wind towers. The exterior of this brick Ab Anbar is covered in colorful tiles.
