Bil Spring of Kani Bil is one of the abundant springs in the Kurdistan region and western Iran. It is believed that the name of the spring, which is located close to Sirvan River, is derived from the name of an ancient water deity. The 15-meter long river formed by this spring is considered the shortest river in the world. Bil Spring was registered as a National Natural Heritage Site in 2010.
