The Post and Communications Museum of Meybod opened in the city’s Chapar khaneh (courier house) in 2007. The museum showcases memorial stamps, postal and communications documents and equipments from the Qajar (1785-1925) and Pahlavi (1925-1979) eras, money boxes, post boxes, scales, typewriters and old phones.
