Khajeh Abasalt is a mausoleum located just outside Mashhad believed to be the tomb of Abasalt Heravi a disciple of Imam Reza (765-819). The structure has four doors and is decorated with seven-colored tiles and elaborate mirror work. The tomb has been a pilgrimage site for centuries and countless mystics have been buried close to this mausoleum.
