Taq Bostan Forest Park is located on the northern outskirts of Kermanshah city at the foot of Mount Parav. The park is believed to have been a hunting ground for Sassanid (226-651 CE) kings. Mountains, pleasant climate, green fields, a spring, an artificial lake and recreational facilities have made this park a popular destination for locals and tourists alike.
