Namak Abrood Cable Car offers a unique view of Mazandaran and its surrounding mountains. The cable car reaches an elevation of 700 meters above sea level. There are several restaurants and recreational facilities on the compound catering to the needs of tourists.

must go to if you are visiting Chalous North of Iran, you'll have an amazing view of the Caspian Sea while going up the mountain with the cabin.
Recreational facilities need upgrade if they want to attract more customers but overall it's a nice place to spend the morning.
I have been here several times and personally prefer the autumn season, it feels like you are staring at the painting.
My Iranian friend suggested this Telecabin ride, and i must say i am happy i went along. Amazing view and the cabins move above the tall trees of the Northern jungles creating spectacular seen.
Really nice and the chance to get fresh air once you are up there, however durring Iranian New Years weekend it's almost impossible to ride the cabins.
Wonderful place to enjoy nature and fresh air, once you are up there you will be amazed by the green life surrounding you.
Beside the tele-cabin there are several amusement places like Carting and etc... you can enjoy while visiting.
Amazing view of the green mountains in front of you and the Caspian Sea behind as you go up the mountain with cabin here :)
Had to wait an hour to get on the cabin but once up there i forgot the long wait and just enjoyed the scenery. It is amazing how the temperature drops just in a few minutes and when up there you can feel the cool breeze of the forest and have an amazing view of the Caspian see in front of you.
One of the most beautiful views of the north of Iran can bee seen from the top of here. Amazing and beautiful
Once you reach the top of mountain with the tele cabin you have a magnificent view of the Caspian Sea and the city of Chalus it was amazing.
