Located in the Qajar era (1785–1925) Khakbaz Mansion, this museum opened in 2010. The museum displays busts featuring religious, political and prominent Iranian figures as well as documents, published works and photos belonging to these personalities. Some of the figures featured in the museum include mystic, mathematician and religious scholar poet Fakhr-al-Din Iraqi (1213-1289), Mulla Mahdi Naraqi (1716-1795), Jurist, mathematician and mystic poet Mulla Ahmad Naraqi (1771-1829), Qajar Prime Minister Qaem Maqam Farahani (1779-1835), Amir Kabir (1802-1852), 18th cleric Mirza Hassan Ashtiani, Ruhollah Mousavi Khomeini (1902-1989) , physicist Mahmoud Hessabi (1903-1992) and poetess Parvin Etesami (1907-1941).
